Len O'Mara is an experienced executive of many years standing with public companies. His particular expertise is in ‘readying' companies for stock exchange listing. Len currently is a join owner with Chris in the finance brokerage firm and in property development.

The sixteenth Annual General Meeting of members was held on 30th March and members endorsed the Directors actions and recommendation, and approved the payment of the annual dividend, equivalent to an 8.00% return on shareholders funds.

Dividends have now averaged 8.00%pa for the last 16 years.

The sixteenth annual general meeting of members of the Cooperative is to be held at the registered office at 10.00am on Friday 30th March. The Notice of Meeting was forwarded to members on 1st March.

The business of the AGM is to consider and adopt such items as, the Financial Report, declare the annual Dividend and elect Directors etc.

Members unable to attend are encouraged to participate by forwarding a completed proxy form to reach the registered office no later than 3.00pm on Tuesday 27th March.

The Cooperative has been allocated ten blocks in the soon to be released coastal estate on which  it is planned to develop a mixture of three and four bedroom homes for the owner occupier and / or investor market.

These stylish homes will be fully completed with European appliances, fans, air-conditioning, landscaped and fenced.  JUST turn the key and move in !

Prices range from $372,024 to $447,852.   BONUS -  Cooperative members  acquiring a property will receive a substantial rebate on the contract price.
